• AI is used in a limited way to support drafting, organising information, and improving clarity, always building on existing human-written content rather than replacing it
• AI is never used as a starting point for interpretation, decision-making, or collections work; all outputs are reviewed and owned by trustees or volunteers
• In line with the Centre’s privacy policy, personal visitor information is never shared with AI tools or any other external services

In a small museum like KHC where we have limited people and money we will use AI behind the scenes to help us create office solutions for our internal use. For example AI was used to help design and build the new accounting system we are currently developing. Similarly, we may use AI to create images for promotional purposes.
